The surgery would like to sincerely apologise to anyone affected by the alarm issues we are having. We are currently in the process of resolving this.


We would like to welcome our new GP Registrars, Dr Waters and Dr Forrest.


We would like to give a warm welcome back to Dr Grieve who has joined the surgery on a permanent basis.


Northcote Surgery is now a certified parkrun practice and we recently volunteered at a local parkrun at Victoria Park.


Please welcome Stephen Allan to the surgery as our new Practice Manager.

Child Immunisations are moving out of the GP Surgery:- From the 10th of September 2018 your child will receive their immunisations at Community Centre for Health, 547 Dumbarton Road, G11 6HU.

Since the 1st January 2018 510 patients have failed to attend an appointment after receiving a text reminder - This is the equivalent of 85 HOURS of clinical time. If you do not require your appointment please inform the surgery - we have a cancellation line and also a text service where you can reply CANCEL.



 

Cryotherapy

What is Cryotherapy ? A technique that uses an extremely cold liquid to freeze and destroy abnormal skin cells that require removal

What conditions is it used for ? The removal of skin lesions, verrucas, warts, skin tags, keratosis

Who is eligible? Any registered patient aged 5 years or above

How do I book in? You should normally be referred in by your GP or Nurse, however for obvious veruccas on feet you can book an appointment directly.

When are the clinics? Clinics normally run once a month on Wednesday afternoons.
