Update on phlebotomy service delays

Northcote Surgery is aware of the difficulties patients are facing in contacting and booking appointments with the phlebotomy service.

Unfortunately, the service is under increased pressure at the moment due to staffing absences and increase in demand. They are working hard to resolve this and your patience whilst they do this is greatly appreciated. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Closure of prescription telephone line and new online ordering service now available

With effect from 25th of September 2026 our prescription ordering line will no longer be available and we have launched our new prescription ordering online service through our website: Prescription Requests

This is to ensure that our growing numbers of repeat requests are processed as efficiently and accurately as possible.
