We would like to give a warm welcome to our new GP registrar, Dr Emma Johnston, who has rejoined the practice team for 6 months from 4th of February.


We now require 48 HOURS to process ALL PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS. Prescriptions will be available for collection at the surgery after 48 hours from the request. This change is due to increased pressure on resources, thank you for your co-operation and understanding.


We would like to give a warm welcome to our new Practice Nurses - Alice Herrington and Colette Watt.


The surgery has an NHS Advanced Physiotherapist - Kirsty Anderson, if you have a bone, muscle or joint problem, please call the surgery for more information.

New Patient Registrationregister_now

In order to register with the practice you must be intending to live in the area for longer than 3 months from the date of registration and live in one of the following postal districts:

G3,G11,G12,G13, G14,G15,G20, G61,G62.

You will be required to provide proof of address and photographic ID.

If you are 16 years and over, you will be offered a new patient registration appointment with either the Health Care Assistant or Practice Nurse.

You will be asked to complete a registration form (GPR), new patient questionnaireethnic group form and alcohol questionnaire (16 years+ only).

To help and speed up the process to register with the practice please complete and print the forms and bring thse along to your registration appointment along with photographic ID and proof of address. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for your forms to be processed and entered on to the clinical system

The registration appointment is optional, if you do not wish to make an appointment for this, you will still need to complete the forms and come yourself to the practice with photographic ID and proof of address.


Please print off the documents below, completing for each person registering and bring along with you on your first visit to the practice:

3.Ethnic Group Form

4.Alcohol Questionnaire (16 years+ only)
